ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the integration and development of automation equipment/systems with AI technologies, leveraging machine learning to build intelligent manufacturing systems enabling device collaboration and smart scheduling.
  2. Participate in the implementation of AI models (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning) in automation scenarios, including requirements analysis, model selection, algorithm deployment, and debugging. C -language programming + PLC/software integration experience (e.g., Mitsubishi/Omron);
  3. Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to drive the testing, launch, and maintenance of AI + automation solutions, and resolve on-site technical issues.
  4. Keep up with the latest technologies in automation and AI (e.g., industrial large models, edge AI) and explore their potential applications in business scenarios.
  5. Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and project reports to support knowledge sharing and solution deployment.

  5. Master’s degree or above in Automation and Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields.
  6. Familiarity with AI technologies and hands-on experience in machine learning/deep learning frameworks, capable of independently completing model training and deployment.
  7. Proficiency in Python/C++ programming, with project experience in machine vision (e.g., OpenCV applications) preferred.
  8. Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
