About ehouse Studio, LLC ehouse is a Shopify-focused commerce agency partnering with ambitious brands to design, build, and scale high-performing ecommerce experiences. As a Shopify Platinum Partner, we work with growth-stage and enterprise merchants across DTC, B2B, and omnichannel commerce — helping them navigate complex migrations, integrations, and platform evolution with clarity and confidence.

Our team brings deep experience across strategy, design, engineering, and delivery, and we believe great commerce outcomes start with thoughtful discovery, strong collaboration, and well-architected solutions.

In order for us to deliver the best services for our clients and partners, we must first deliver the best practices and experiences for our people. We do that by prioritizing and modeling our Core Values on a daily basis. They are our guiding principles for how we show up and hold ourselves and each other accountable: Be Kind. Be Curious. Be Collaborative. Be Resourceful. Be Accountable. If you feel a resonance with our Core Values and an alignment with the following job description, please apply!

About the role

The Project Manager (PM) is a facilitator who works with various team members across multiple accounts, including projects and retained services. A PM understands the business goals that drive a project and manage the full delivery lifecycle to meet those goals. The PM role includes overseeing potential obstacles that may occur throughout development, such as budget deficits or timeline impacts or delayed resources and adjusting plans to either solve or work around those challenges. They also outline progress for the entire project to keep the client and internal teams informed and aligned with project goals, budget, and timeline. A PM collaborates with other team leads in allocating resources throughout multiple projects and redistributing them as needed for gaps or opportunities to improve billable utilization. They proactively communicate any changes in timeline or scope and any challenges to all involved stakeholders and make sure everyone is informed and aligned every step of the way. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage change orders and upsell opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Drive billable utilization for their projects and resources and raise the issue if a resource is under-utilized.
  • Manage unbillable project investment to ensure we are billing for resources utilized.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies, escalating issues both internally and externally when appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and productivity.
  • Facilitate the process for scope definition with the internal production team, including client requirements and deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans
  • Coordinate tasks, assign appropriate resources and ensure proper task completion
  • Manage the workflow of the production team including facilitating standup and sidebar meetings to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of SOW commitments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions
  • Help manage schedules to facilitate required meetings both internally and client-facing
  • Alongside the internal team, establish a deep understanding of the client's business, processes, and procedures and apply that knowledge to support the project's success
  • Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects; share findings with other team members
  • Build and update bi-weekly reporting, scorecard dashboards and KPIs to measure and share performance to provide on-going status to both internal eHouse and client teams
  • Prepare and send various reports to clients and internal teams on a scheduled basis to ensure alignment throughout project and retainer lifecycles.
