We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Product & Customer Marketer to support and scale the day-to-day operations of our product marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality customer marketing assets and programs.

This role is responsible for turning customers into advocates while growing the company’s brand presence through content strategies, campaign support, and social media. This role develops customer stories, reference programs, advocacy campaigns, executive and corporate social content, and customer-centric campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. They are also responsible for the enablement assets needs for the field to esure a clear understanding of messaging, positioning, and product launches. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller who can translate customer outcomes into compelling content and amplify those stories across owned social channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Marketing (60%)

  • Own the customer advocacy and reference program.
  • Become the internal expert on customer stories, including use cases, decision-makers, implementation, and outcomes. Own the repository of these stories and distribution for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, videos, and testimonials.
  • Manage customer review sites (G2, Gartner) and run campaigns with Customer Success to periodically increase reviews.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify advocacy opportunities.
  • Support customer award submissions and speaking opportunities.
  • Create customer newsletters as needed.
  • Collaborate on customer advisory boards, user groups, and customer communications.
  • Develop customer-focused content for events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Develop customer-focused assets for the field to use within opportunities.

Product Marketing (40%)

  • Own the creation of marketing materials for sales enablement or bill of materials for third-party or internal campaign assets.
  • Stay current on AI, CX, and market/social trends.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • 2–6 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role
  • AI-first mindset, bringing new tools, processes, and thinking to all elements of the work
  • Strong execution skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Experience creating customer stories, case studies, and other customer-focused materials
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing polished, on-brand deliverables
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Design teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint) and content collaboration tools

Salary Range

The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $125,000- $145,000 per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
