Die Tätigkeit als Produktionsmitarbeiter umfasst folgende Aufgaben:
- Bedienen moderner Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen mit Präzision und Sorgfalt
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen in Übereinstimmung mit den Produktionsspezifikationen
- Arbeit im Produktionsteam, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Überwachen von Anlagen und Produktionsprozessen
- Pflegen und Instandhalten des Arbeitsbereichs
- Einhalten gültiger Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- Abgeschlossene techn. Berufsausbildung oder nachgewiesenes technisches Verständnis (Quereinsteiger aus technischen Bereichen oder Handwerksberufen sind willkommen)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem 4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten, einschließlich regelmäßiger Wochenendarbeit
- Grundlegende mathematische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, detaillierte Anweisungen zu befolgen
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
