In qualità di Meccanico di Manutenzione, sarà responsabile di garantire il buon funzionamento delle nostre attrezzature e macchinari industriali attraverso la manutenzione regolare, le riparazioni e la risoluzione dei problemi.
- Eseguire la manutenzione preventiva di varie macchine e attrezzature industriali
- Diagnosticare i problemi meccanici, elettrici e idraulici dei macchinari industriali.
- Riparare o sostituire componenti, parti o sistemi difettosi.
- Effettuare ispezioni regolari e identificare potenziali problemi prima che si verifichino.
- Leggere e interpretare manuali tecnici e schemi.
- Utilizzare strumenti manuali ed elettrici in modo sicuro ed efficiente.
- Eseguire compiti di saldatura, se necessario.
- Risolvere i problemi e riparare i sistemi idraulici e pneumatici.
- Rispettare tutti i protocolli e le procedure di sicurezza.
- Rispondere alle chiamate di emergenza ed eseguire le riparazioni necessarie.
- Collaborare con altri membri del team di manutenzione e con il personale di produzione.
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente; preferibile certificazione scolastica tecnica in meccanica/meccatronica
- Possiede una consolidata esperienza in ambito industriale.
- Competenze meccaniche e capacità di risolvere i problemi di macchinari complessi.
- Capacità di leggere e interpretare manuali tecnici.
- Abilità nell'utilizzo di vari utensili manuali ed elettrici.
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di manutenzione preventiva.
- Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo efficiente sotto pressione e di rispettare le scadenze.
- Ottime capacità di problem solving.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su tre turni.
- Disponibilità a lavorare in straordinario il sabato.
