What is this role all about?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive who will own end-to-end finance operations, including financial reporting, vendor management, statutory compliance, and month-end closures while partnering with multiple stakeholders to build scalable finance processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

• You will own end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• You will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, invoice processing, and payment execution.
• You will prepare and review financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, provisions, accruals, and reconciliation schedules.
• You will manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and resolving vendor queries.
• You will ensure timely statutory compliance by preparing and filing GST, TDS , and other applicable statutory returns while coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.
• You will perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain audit-ready financial records and internal controls.
• You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations, leadership teams, auditors, consultants, banks, and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• You will identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve operational efficiency using ERP and accounting systems.
• You will support cash flow reporting, MIS reporting, working capital analysis, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Success in this role means delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining efficient AR and AP operations, ensuring statutory compliance, building strong vendor relationships, and continuously improving finance processes through automation and operational excellence.

Here are the basic requirements:

• You have 5–6 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• You have hands-on experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
• You have experience handling vendor management , including payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• You have experience managing month-end and year-end closures , reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• You have experience handling statutory compliance , including GST and TDS filings .
• You have worked with ERP/accounting systems such as Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite , along with advanced Microsoft Excel.
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
• You have worked in SaaS, IT, or other fast-paced business environments.
• You hold a qualification such as CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com., or B.Com.

• Strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliance, vendor management, and cash flow management .
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite .
